The location was perfect for exploring Lisbon. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Perfect place to spend our first trip to Portugal.

I loved the location, the building. It was beautiful. I would maybe update a little the bathroom, but otherwise it was a superb view. Big windows with Juliette balconies. Tall ceilings. Great service.

We loved the staff, location, personalized service, daily tea (5-9pm) and daily breakfast till noon. Our rate also included complimentary port and complimentary cherry liqueur. Great location and beautiful amenities!

I was beyond impressed with the facility, location but above all, the staff. The personnel was so kind, attentive and professional that this factor alone made my stay very enjoyable and pleasant. Coming back at night after a long walk around the city to sit in a quiet and beautifully decorated salon listening to an Amazing pianist was the cherry on top. I also was received at breakfast with a very much appreciated token for my birthday. Thank you very much!!!!!

There was not one thing about this hotel experience that was less than first-rate. It was even better than it looked online. Breakfast was spectacular, staff was tremendous, room was perfect, quiet, comfortable. Would return here again in a heartbeat.

The location in a historical part of Lisboa coupled with excellent facilities and great staff make this hotel a favorite.

All staff members are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, truly embodying the "feels like home" ethos. The lounge area offers a relaxing ambiance conducive to unwinding. The personalized welcome card provided an unexpected and memorable touch. Breakfast was excellent, complemented by the delightful complimentary refreshments.

If you are coming by air to Lisbon, stay in this hotel. The red metro line starts at the airport and for a couple of dollars and 35 minutes of your time you are at the end of the red metro line and depending on which exit out of the metro you take you are just across a quiet street from the hotel. Great staff, everything looks new and the breakfast is fantastic.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a great location. Very close to everything, walking distance to many sites. Breakfast was a little confusing for us so I would advise confirming with the front desk before your first morning. The rooms and hotel facilities are very clean. The bed was comfortable. The roof top terrace is a great place to spend some time. Fantastic views and good/beverage. Well worth the stay.
