Please take this review seriously, my wife and i spent 5 nights at this hotel and i cannot tell you just how amazing this experience brought us joy. The staff was absolutely outstanding, big shout outs to Bruna, Sofia, Suraya and Thomas for their outstanding service. The rooms and amenities are impeccable. The breakfast was outstanding, the spa outstanding, the location, outstanding. I travel quite a bit and can tell you that this was a true 5 star stay. Thank tou Laurence and Judith

Staff offered a 1hr tour of the city as part of our package. Both the shuttle staff and Marta were excellent. Great client services team. The room was bright, modern and super clean. Will definitely be back.

Our room was really nice but different then the one shown on Expedia. We liked the room we were assigned so didn't want to make a big deal about it. Also Expedia said we'd be offered a 20% discount on food one time but the hotel gave us a voucher for 15%. Not a big deal but kind of felt like the hotel and expedia weren't on the same page. We had an excellent stay at the Lagos Atlantic Hotel. Nice room with spacious balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. Breakfast was very good with many options and cooked to order eggs. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, especially Samuel on the front desk and Amin in the breakfast room who went above and beyond for us.

Superb hotel in excellent location! Staff were all lovely, friendly, and helpful. Enjoyed the complimentary snacks and juice in the lobby. Beds are very comfortable. Fantastic location

We loved the staff, location, personalized service, daily tea (5-9pm) and daily breakfast till noon. Our rate also included complimentary port and complimentary cherry liqueur. There was a kettle in the room with instant coffee and espresso as well as tea bags. Our welcome gift gave us free entry to a long list of museums, which was an added bonus. Fantastic gym and spa

Without a doubt this is the best hotel to stay at. Even prior to our arrival the staff were so helpful through email and helped secure us a rental car at half the price I was being quoted online. They also set up a taxi transfer from the airport. Our flight was delayed 7 hours but still the transport was waiting when we arrived at 4am! Very close to the train and bus station, safe, and near all places to visit. The staff are very helpful, the room is kept clean all the time. I like the layout as it saves so much space, the lighting is also well thought of.

When we arrived at the hotel we were in distress as we had been robbed on the train from Lisbon to Albufeira. The hotel staff immediately set out to assist us by calling the police (the train station just ignored us when we told them what happened..). One of their staff, Marta, drove us to the police station and acted as an interrupter. She spent 2 hours with us completing the report. Marta continued to go out of her way to help us the balance of our stay by recommending amazing restaurants...
