This by far was the most beautiful 5 star Hotel l have visited!! There was nothing not to like about my visit at the wonderful hotel!!! The staff was amazing, the amenities were great, the Food was extremely good and there was not a bad experience to be had!! The room, OMG!! The view was incredible!!

This hotel was such a surprise! We had an unexpected layover in the Azores, and booked this hotel at the last minute. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with cold towels (it was summer) and were amazed by the beautiful property. We were also also mindblown by the handwritten welcome card and the fruit basket. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We could not believe that such a first class breakfast was included in our stay. Chefs that are ready to take your order, buffets of protein, fruits, cheeses, pastries and so much more. This stay was absolutely incredible!

Rooms are clean and spacious enough. The staff is super friendly and helpful they were all so awesome with the kids. Staff is very attentive and if you have any issues they do their best to have it taken care of right away. Location is very convenient to everything g walking distance to town restaurants and drives are also pretty central to both ends of the island. Overall had a perfect stay and look forward to coming back!
