The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. Very clean. Amazing amenities. And very close to Rossio station, shopping and restaurants. Amazing place to stay.

The staffs were all very hospitable, warm, and welcoming. I didn’t even realize they were a Five Star Hotel which they very much deserve. The location of thr hotel was close to Liberty ave were all the fabulous shops were located. The Front desk staff to the housekeeping, to the restaurant, bar were all extremely friendly. Kudos to the General Manager of the property. A very safe plce to stay and a home away from hone. There is no reason i will not recommend thisvplace to friends and family. Thank you to all the staff.
