Solid hotel experience. Great reception staff. Longer walk to city center and buses didn’t run on schedule so used taxis to get to city center and rented a car to go exploring beaches.

Very good location if yiu want to enjoy the facility.

Every single employee is great. The food is fantastic. That sunday brunch iw a spectacle. The rooms could not be better. Without a doubt next visit we will also stay at du Palais Biarritz. Employees like Alvaro at front desk and Adrian at luggage, main door. They were very kind and helpful

The rooms were very small. It was very difficult to get the suitcase out the door. The 24-hour staff was greatly appreciated and very helpful. They spoke English well. No air conditioning until June. At 18 Euros the breakfast wasn't worth it.

The location is excellent for personal security , but this hotel lacks basic for an hotel. No phones in the rooms, no refrigerators, no vending machines for drinking water, or basics, no convenient stores around.
