Southern California Waterpark Vacations

We ordered a room with golf course view, and at first we didn't get it. After complaining we got a room with a view. However, the room smelled bad. After complaining, somebody came and cleaned diapers, candy wrapper, and other garbage from under the bed.

We enjoyed are whole stay. The couples massage in the suite was amazing. We had the La costa salad with chicken, and the spring rolls at the spa- both were excellent. We will be back.

The front desk staff were helpful and nice. We used the shuttle to and from Disneyland which was nice, but it was over 20 mins late in leaving the hotel. However, we had a good time and a safe trip each way. The pool and spa were very clean nice however the amount of small unsupervised children splashing and jumping into the spa was a bit off putting. I understand that it is a family hotel but 3 adults and 7 or 8 younger children splashing around the 3 times I went to get in the spa was a little too much. I know the sign stated that children under 14 need to be supervised but their parents were not around.

Everything was immaculate fun friendly and well staffed. Loved the stay lived the pool the lazy river and slides. Top tier

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and the overall experience was amazing. The staff was friendly, and everything exceeded our expectations. The only downside was having to pay $60 for parking. Considering the cost of the stay, I feel that parking should either be included or offered at a lower rate. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Despite the parking fee, I still give this hotel 5 stars because it truly was an amazing stay!

Our stay here was okay overall. We did come across certain issues. Such as lighting in the rooms was way too dark. Hotel uses lamps for light no installed light! Can hear other guest members next door and even through the main door of our room. The bathroom door open the same way the shower door opened and toilet was in between which did not make sense and made it super uncomfortable and tight space! Rate 3/5 overall.

We had a great stay, room was clean and the kitchen had some essentials even though we brought our own. The pool was clean and relaxing, we all enjoyed our stay and found it very relaxing. It would be nice if they offered late check without the $25 for every 30 minutes fee.

This is a party scene. There is no relaxing. It is also insanely packed. Good luck trying to get anything you might run out of or need more of, like towels, pillows etc. You can only text them and then the items never arrive, even after hours of waiting. Other guests are loud and rude, kids running around unsupervised, staff didn't know the times things closed or opened, and they push you constantly to sign up for their time share demo. Did I mention it was PACKED? Couldn't even get a chair to put my towel on to go swim. I would not stay here again. Ever. Their grounds are also in need of repair . They have an above ground fire line riser that has been leaking so long, it's corroded beyond repair . They also have a roach issue near the trash bins in front. Don't do it y'all.
