West Side Waterpark Vacations

Outdated bathroom, No ac bcz it rely on plantations to get cold air at night which is ok but some people may feel hot. They really need to update the toilets

Everything was great during our stay. But I’ve been trying to reach them for almost a week to get my itemized receipt, but all my messages go unanswered. They clearly couldn’t care less after you are done paying them. Before your stay, they will promptly answer any and all messages. After they get your money, they won’t respond to you

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our room itself was nice. We had a first floor garden view room that had a beautiful lanai that walked out to the lawn area. The property, however is under major construction. We had difficulty getting around it, and much of the amenities were unavailable or very limited. The pool area was nice. There was no pest problems while we were there, which can be an issue in Hawaii. The poolside bar was open very limited hours so we never got to enjoy it. They did not have much lighting in many of the outside areas at night which made it sketchy since we were off the beach. Overall, it is a nice place that will no doubt be a great place once the construction is done. We liked the convenience of being between the north and south shore and very close to the airport, although we didn’t notice the planes overhead much.
