A great stay with very friendly and helpful staff. One of the day we got a beautiful stalk of rose in the bathroom which made us simile. A wide spread of food for breakfast so we get to savour variations daily. Another thoughtful gesture from hotel was a complimentary dinner. Great place for stay in Hanoi.

We booked two rooms at the Aira for six nights. Before we arrived we needed to extend the stay, and the team took care of it with no issue at all. The communication leading up to the trip was great, which got things off on the right foot. The staff helped us out at every turn. One morning they sewed a button back onto my son’s shirt, and Christine booked us a trip to Halong Bay that included private transport. It made a real difference. The rooms are clean and have a lot of character. The streaming boxes were a nice touch, and the AC was quiet and worked well. Breakfast was great, and the SkyBar was a good way to end the day. There’s also a pool and gym on the 7th floor, and the pool was refreshing. We’ll be back.

All I can say is wow. I fell in love with this hotel, not just the hotel itself, but also how nice and wonderful the staff was. They helped us with our luggage and welcomed us with tea and beautiful smiles. I hate writing reviews most of the time. I'm too lazy, coming from me. This place is a 100/10. I will book again

Fabulous hotel, own private beach with bar, swim up bar in pool, lovely chill atmosphere. A little bit out of the old town, but much quieter and only about 3-4 aud for an uber (grab) ride into town. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Had a few issues with aircon but was attended to immediately. Would highly recommend.

No longer stay at older property

The. Breakfast buffet was the best I have had in Vietnam . The pool was also excellent. The staff were helpful and always smiling

From start to finish this was by far the best experience from a hotel we have ever had. From the check in experience with desserts, drinks & the news that we had been upgraded to a Tropical villa for our 4 nights stay. The whiole place is impeccably kept. The staff remember you individually even though there are a lot of guests. Fantastic spa facilities. Its wonderful

The Lantana Boutique Hotel on the riverbank of Hoi An is a wonderful little hotel with friendly staff and is in a fantastic location. Actually the location was the reason I chose the hotel and I wasn't disappointed. In a short 5 minutes walk you can be in the old town or any number of restaurants and bars. The room with a view of the river is the room to get. Pick this hotel for Hoi An will be a good choice.
