Great little hotel in Hoi An. Close to everything but in a quiet spot. Super helpful staff and a great breakfast buffet is a very nice spot.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We absolutely loved our stay at Fusion Suites Saigon! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel right at home throughout our stay. We stayed in the Corner Suite, and it was amazing. The huge floor-to-ceiling windows filled the room with natural light and offered fantastic views over the city. My favourite feature was the beautiful floating bathtub—it was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Ho Chi Minh City. Unfortunately, I came down unwell during our stay, but the care and kindness shown by the team made all the difference. A special shout-out to Linh, who went above and beyond to look after me. Her compassion and genuine concern were something I’ll never forget, and we’re so grateful for everything she did. The room was modern, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, and the outstanding service from every member of the team truly made our stay special. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Fusion Suites Saigon again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable hotel with exceptional service. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable.

Very luxurious. Great location for the French Quarter and Train Street. A bit less chaotic than the Old Quarter. Very helpful staff.

Staff was friendly. Went out of their way to make us feel welcome. 2nd time staying there after several years between trip. Still has great service. I look forward to my 3rd stay there in the future.

Is not worth the money and definitely not rated appropriately. There are much nicer hotels near or around the same are with similar or cheaper fees. Although a historical building, the rooms, it really shows its age due to lack of updates. The hallways are straight out of horror movies and they are hot humid and in need of lighting. The rooms was mediocre itself.
