So beautiful!

I had an accident the last time I was here where a ladder fell on my head. They promised me an upgrade, but when we got to the resort, they refused to give us an upgrade the first night and then I went back a couple days later like they asked me to do and they of course refused again. This time we had two rooms. Our air conditioner kept making noise noises and they had to come to my room three times and then my bathroom light would spontaneously turn on throughout the night and wake us up. They claimed it was because of our reflection from the mirror of us moving, but we were not moving because it was all night long when we were sleeping. My daughter‘s room had its own issues. It smelled like sewer the whole time and every time they clean, they would spray a bunch of perfume. Also, her electricity went out six times in her room and she kept having to call them to put the power back on. The rest of the resort was pretty good, but our rooms were terrible. Also, there was a serious mosquito problem throughout the whole resort. We have like 20 bug bites on all of our legs.

This hotel is really good for the price we paid , it is beautiful, clean, the staff are very helpful. the garden areas are immaculate. The beach is beautiful and is right in front of the cenote cristalino and cenote Edén is walking distance. Just perfect for what you pay.
