The staff is incredible, the hotel is very peaceful and the monkeys were the highlight of our trip!

Was a nice stay. What pulled down the review. The place lost electricity during the night on our last day. But it was on they day we were leaving so was less bothersome. The two buffets for dinner on the Palm side were pretty bad. Food was never hot. Milk in the one was not even refrigerated. The buffet on the Sens side was good. But you need to have a black premium wristband to eat there. The Ala carte places were very good. Enjoyed the Cocoa and Mika Taco. Very good meals there. Breakfast was good. But once again food was cool to luke warm. The beach was nice however if you didn’t have your chairs reserved with towels by 8 am. They were gone. Definitely do not have enough chairs when capacity is full. But water was warm. Limited sea grass. Pools we did not use as they were cold Drinks were very good. The bars on the sens side were always less busy with minimal lines. Our beach waiter on the Sens side was outstanding. He deserved every tip we gave him. Room as clean. Maybe a bit dated but slept well in the bed and temp was cool. Always well stocked on the room fridge. Staff was nice. Overall for what we paid is was ok. Fix the cold food at buffets and chair availability on the beach and I easily could have gone 4 outta 5. Our MTS was outstanding. The drivers were friendly. Our driver to airport was extremely friendly even singing to us alone the way. And the airport. Impressive how they got people through both incoming and outgoing.

Pros: Great staff, Clean rooms, Clean pools, Great food, and beautiful beach! Cons: No safe or mini fridge in rooms, only hamburgers , hotdogs, and fries for late eats, bottled water given at room temperature. Otherwise a wonderful vacation! Frank. C Oswego, IL

So much under renovation during the stay and we werent informed until after booking. A lot of amenities not available during the stay including the beach front restaurant and pool side snack bar

You are greeted at the premises with a glass of champagne! You are waited on hand and foot, even when you are laying out by your room. We will definitely be returning!! The food, the service was excellent and our tours were just as we expected!! Fabulous!!!

Incredible experience through and through.

I had a great stay overall. The trip was relaxing, enjoyable, and in a convenient location. I would rate it 79 out of 100. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The king bed was comfortable, the AC worked well, and we always had hot water. The TV had good channels. Housekeeping did not replace our towels for a few days, and we noticed tiny black bugs in the room. Not sure if that is normal, but they were noticeable. Our room location was not ideal because we could hear loud guests in the hallway late at night, which sometimes woke us up. Most staff were friendly and attentive. Service was good in most restaurants, though when busy attention dropped a bit. Food was better than expected, not amazing but not bad. BBQ night at the buffet was good. Breakfast was okay and some items seemed reheated. One restaurant was the weakest, but the sushi spot and La Piña were very good. Fresh hashbrowns were a highlight. Pools were beautiful and the beach was gorgeous even with red flags most days. The coffee spot and jacuzzi pool areas were great. Weather was windy and cooler than expected but still enjoyable. Location is convenient, next to Oxxo, with Dominos and a pharmacy across the street, about 15 minutes from the Isla Mujeres ferry and 20 minutes from the main party area. Expedia VIP felt minimal. Just a labeled section, a $75 credit not stackable, upgrade only if available which we did not get, plus early and late check we did not need. Overall a solid stay.

Great room, amazing location, clean and well maintained outdoors, friendly staff. We'll come back!

Nice hotel, but seaweed was all over the beach , no option to swim at all

It was a lovely little oasis with the best staff :)
