Clean rooms, king rooms small, with fridge and microwave. Have to use stairs, no elevators. 2 stories high.
Staff helpful, but front desk lady could be a little more mannered.
Breakfast good, when getting a bagel to toast, one bagel fell over in container. Front desk lady grabbed the bagel that fell over, telling me that the kitchen staff had then standing up pretty, as if to tell me im making a mess. Didn't appreciate her attitude.

Our room smelt like fish ( gross). Glad I had fabrezz to cover up the bad smell. I reserved a normal king bed. We got a handicap room. It was very comfortable uncomfortable.
