"It didn’t have an actual freezer section in the fridge. No microwave to heat anything up in the morning. A very early traveler cannot leave early because of Covid because a lot of business are not open 24 hrs. like they used to be. Your early departure is after they open and that might be too ..."
"Over the years I often dreaded trying to find a nice hotel while visiting TBay and finally they have one! I felt totally safe with just my daughter & I, check-in was a breeze, friendly and attentive staff in all areas. The breakfast alone made up for the slightly higher price per night versus some of the other competition. It is a little bit further from the 'hub" of the city but that could also be seen as a benefit (crime, etc. has been exploding closer in) and the airport convenience is nice. There is a starbucks, Tim's, and walmart all within walking distance. The only thing lacking is the pool-just a small square. My daughter was not enticed. I would definitely stay here again and it was a good choice and worth the money. "

"Booked our hotel on the way from Winnipeg Manitoba. Staff was super accommodating and able to move our reservation around to accommodate us having a walk out room to park Infront of. Having two kids this made it so much easier for our trip I thank you! "

"Hotel was great for an unexpected longer stay. While it is undergoing renovations, so there were some amenities that were not available at the time, and it was not as clean as it will be once the renovation is finished. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. "

"Parking is along the highway, you will have to walk down some non-standard stairs and back up some stairs to get to your room. The room was like a bachelor suite or student's dorm but "fancy" with the current look of today. It has a balcony on front and back - the back one was shared with the beside unit. Was really nice to let my pets out on the balcony during our long drive. Felt like home. The check-in is the Canadianized Chinese food restaurant so if you call you will get short direct answers. The food is good - broccoli in the chow mein was perfect crispy! It did not seem like they needed me to call to ensure pet-friendly, seems like they are OK with whatever. The view from the balcony was fantastic. They included a café press in the room to make your coffee (the reception is also a coffee shop besides the Chinese take-out)."
