We only stayed for one night, arriving late and leaving early, so we didn't get a chance to use any of the facilities. Our room was large, clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was as expected, and met our needs.

We had traveled 2 days, night one staying in a different chain hotel, night 2 we stayed at Thunderbay Holiday Inn Express and we felt so comfortable. We had a 2 bed queen suite which was so roomy and clean and gave us space after being cramped in a vehicle for so long. Breakfast was great and the 24/7 tea, coffee and hot chocolate was such a nice touch. Would recommend staying here 100%, so much so that we have a room booked for our way back through. Amazing experience

Staff were the highlight of this stay. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean but outdated, you can see white marks/damage on the walls. Unfortunately did not get much sleep as the walls are paper thin and you can hear every door slam, conversation, drunk girls giggling late at night which is unfortunately the reality of most hotels, but this one seemed worse. Would stay again due to the friendly staff and clean rooms.

I usually prefer Hampton hotels. The breakfast is decent, the beds are comfortable and they are well maintained. This location was no different. We stayed here while passing through on a long road trip. The hotel was shockingly overpriced on the way back for some reason so we stayed elsewhere. It is a short drive to the waterfront area which was a great place to go for a walk with our dog after so many hours in the car
