"Breakfast was great. Our room was very clean. It was a good Inn experience."

"Beautiful restoration of old courthouse to a boutique hotel. Couple of issues. TV wasn't working, cables unplugged, and toilet seat wasn't properly attached. Shear drapes in the room were slightly shredded. Took staff overnight to fix TV but toilet seat repaired over the the morning. Breakfast was a very good for a simple buffet style."

"The staff were friendly and welcoming, housekeeping staff were lovely. The hotel room itself was disappointing. Very run down, stains on the couch, marks on the wall, water damage near the ceiling. The bedding was very thin and not comfortable, the bed itself was comfy. The shower rarely got hot/warm. The floor outside of the elevator on floor 2 felt very sketchy like it was going to cave in soon. There was lots of parking and the area felt very safe. I did not love that I had a room with an adjoining door to another room as I was traveling alone and staying for a week. The room was a suite and had a sink and microwave but there was nothing to wash dishes with, wipe the counter etc I had to go out and buy my own. Previous experiences I have had that in a suit with a mini kitchen. "

"The staff make this hotel exceptional. They create a vibe that is welcoming and comfortable. While there may be updates that could be done, everything is clean and comfortable, with a convenient location close to downtown without being TOO close."

"The bed was comfortable. The property and our room specifically needs updating, repairs and maintenance. Best part was that the hotel was very close to Hoito, the Finnish pancake place inside the Goods&Co market, which is the nicest part of downtown Thunder Bay."
