Room was musty and no control of HVAC so can't turn temp up or down. Check in desk not very helpful and dismisses your concerns without addressing it. Found large bug in room and hairdryer didnt work so staff don't check room well before releasing it. Room needs a make over. Checking out at 10:30am was ridiculous in my option for the price you pay. No worth the money for what you get. Its just only the convenience of staying on property. Staff doesnt look happy to address any of your questions or concerns. Overall, customer service is terrible and definitely not up to standards at a hotel like this cause the outside was lovely, but then you go inside, totally opposite.
