What an amazing hotel. Too many awesome things to name them all. I never write reviews. Their staff, the pools, the personal concierge, seeing monies, macaws, lizards was all just a a first class experience. You are not close to walk anywhere as it’s up the mountain a bit- but they shuttle to the hot spots and Uber is crazy cheap and fast to get there.

Property was amazing and staff are very warm and helpful. Trails on the property are very nice. Definitely do the night tour as the guide was able to find sloths, tarantulas, green viper, and kinkajou. We did not use the pool. Restaurant on site was reasonably priced and very good food.

Stayed for 3 days in March and found the hotel to be excellent. The room was spacious and well-equipped with good quality bedding, towels, and bathroom amenities. The front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was included (buffet) and it was well prepared with lots of choices. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay here! One of our favorite places we stayed at! The fire pit and the views were stunning! We got some beautiful photos.
The server in the restaurant I forget his name but he was wonderful as well.
We also did the avocado trail and it was nice but we went a little late so it started getting dark. Def recommend doing it earlier in the day. Overall, very clean and friendly staff. Recommend!
