It was our third time staying at the Platinum Villas in Queenstown. We love the view of the lake and the Remarkables and the quiet serenity away from the hustle and bustle of the town. The villa has everything you need with a fully equipped kitchen and quality appliances. It's very well appointed. There's lots of space and it was lovely and warm given the chilly 0 degree mornings. The host was super helpful when our gas fireplace wasn't lighting properly and they fixed it on the same day. We will definitely stay there again. We also appreciated the proximity to the hotel opposite the Villas and their restaurant Mackenzies. The dinner was excellent, at a very high standard and some of the best beef cheek we have ever eaten.

First, the staff is amazing - every person we came across in our 7 day stay was friendly, helpful and downright cheerful. The front desk staff at checkin and out were great. We made a lot of friends at ThreeSixty, the restaurant and bar where everyone was so helpful with suggestions and ideas for what we could do - Thanks Martin, Izzy, Josefina, Hannah, and our friends from Mexico - you guys are the best! Second, the location is absolutely unbeatable. There are 30 restaurants within a 5 minute walk, as are all the lakefront amenities, great shopping, great everything. The Gondola was a 10 minute walk... it really couldn't be more convenient if you plan to do any exploring. The room was fine, the bed was comfortable and waking up the the lakeviews was spectacular. Even got to use the small gym a couple of times. This was our first trip to NZ and Queenstown, but we will definitely be back.

Great central location, it is a small hill on the way up though. Valet parking, delicious breakfast and great views!!
