Was such an enjoyable stay! Absolutely loved the entire staff and they were beyond accommodating to our needs! Personally wanted to thank Miguel and Israel for being amazing front desk and making us feel so welcomed and inviting’

I spent one week at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica and had a fantastic/relaxing time. The adults-only atmosphere made it the perfect escape. I particularly enjoyed Steak House Restaurant and Penninsula , pool all inclusive services were excellent and A huge shoutout to Amanda who saved me life by providing me with real Aloe Vere after having to much sun She made my stay special. While you can't swim in the ocean here, the pools are beautiful and the shuttle to the sister resorts makes it easy to explore. Highly recommend for couples looking for a quiet luxury getaway!"*I like the fact you can use all Pueblo Bonito resorts and enjoy time there as well where you can swim in the Ocean at the El Medano Beach at Rose Resort My one of the Best Vacation Loved that and I give 10/10 for all accommodation.

Our first time staying and everything from checking in and also accommodating us since our flight was early was enjoyable, the staff was super friendly and helpful, I’m already planning coming back!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and attentive. The view was beautiful. Our snorkel trip departed right from the hotel which was a wonderful perk. We were a ten minute uber drive from zona romántica. Which was great for days where we felt like venturing off. I wasn’t a huge fan of the buffet meals. They were okay, we enjoyed breakfast the most. Depending on how long you stayed you were given a voucher to eat at one of their restaurants located on the premises. Those dinner were delicious. Those dinners were booked by reservation only. We ended up going into town for lunch and dinner when we didn’t have a reservation booked. The location of Bercelo’s was the biggest bonus for us. It was about 45min from the airport, close enough to the tourist area but far enough to feel like your a bit secluded. This resort is family friendly but they have separate pools for adults and families. So you can enjoy a quieter pool or join the fun at the family pool. I used the gym once, it was a bit out dated but worked well for what I needed to do. There was a kids room and a kids arcade. I noticed every day they had an activity set up for the kids in the plaza. The hotel is right on the beach so you can enjoy the pool or the beach beds. Overall it was a wonderful experience. There are so many activities at the resort and nearby that you can book for a reasonable price. We will be returning with our children next time.

“We understand your concerns but we have work to do” is what we were told when we noticed and heard that the roof above our room was being renovated. The banging was so hard, stuff were falling off the surfaces in the rooms. Then he followed up that “the construction is only from 10 am until 6 pm!” After many hours of waiting, we were moved to another room
