Beautiful property with character and mid-century charm.

It was definitely a luxury experience unlike most stays I've ever done, 10/10 no notes on the hotel itself, the staff and amenities were bespoke. Breakfast was custom made to my liking and brought on a cart in the morning at a time of my choosing. Unbelievably good food and the lady working the desk was very charming. Word of caution, however: it is the highest up apartment in the entire city, maybe the entire country and the hotel is limited to the private access top floor of a new skyscraper of mostly corporate offices. At night, it was likely that my (city facing/partial ocean view) hotel room was the only one lit up in the tower and since the walls --including the bathroom-- are all glass, everything inside rather stands out and there no real privacy without curtains drawn. At some point, shortly after returning back at around midnight, someone somewhere in the city who noticed my arrival to the hotel room started blasting the apartment with a high powered laser pointer until I closed the curtains. That aside, it was a remarkably nice stay, the only concern is that its wildly ostentatious for better or for worse and maybe the locals aren't too pleased with that haha. I would stay here again.

This hotel chain is absolutely amazing! There was a group of us traveling on a cruise ship and staying over for a few extra days. We accidentally booked the property outside of the city, about an hour away. They were so accommodating and moved all three rooms to the property we wanted in the actual city. We checked in super early because we were coming off of a cruise ship, and they took all 10 of our bags and found places for them. They had adapters for our hair utensils and just went above and beyond for us. The hotel is conveniently located to everything and we were able to walk to shops and restaurants and the bus stop is conveniently located around the corner for any tours you may be taking. Highly recommend!

This boutique hotel had many amenities, including a restaurant for a breakfast buffet, which was included with our room rate. It also had a nice bar and restaurant for dinner. We loved that it was close to the airport and with free transportation. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We were traveling without a car and loved the location! Very walkable and the staff was so pleasant.

A wonderful hotel right in the touristy area. I will only say that because of the location next to a few businesses, it can be loud at night. For two of our three nights it sounded like very loud karaoke outside our window making it hard to sleep. We kept the window ajar because there's no A/C which made the noise louder. Other than that, the room was clean and spacious with a great bathroom. The other parts of the hotel were nice too. Breakfast was great but limited in selection (and repeated everyday).
