Clean and quiet room. It has a mini kitchen. Not really that soundproof as you can hear people from the hallway. What I really liked was the fireplace which was very relaxing to see at night, with lights off, and the free bottle of white wine, which I did not expect. Very good choice of wine too. :) will surely keep in mind and will come back for future accommodation.

Hotel in a great location, but what really set the property apart from others was the staff- we interacted with several employees at the front desk as well as the housekeeping staff. My wife and I have rarely been so impressed with ALL of their friendliness, willingness to help with any questions/issues, and knowledge of the property (we had questions about the Nespresso coffee maker in the room and the television's ability to stream from our phone). VERY impressed with the hotel and their attention to all the details of their guests' stays. Nice bonus was the availability of complimentary bikes (incl water bottles and bike locks) that we were able to use and ride around Stanley Park and other areas. Will definitely be back next time when visiting Vancouver...you won't be disappointed with this boutique hotel!

The location of this hotel is ideal. We stayed here for before going on our cruise. We used the Hop on Hop off bus to tour around town. It was next to the hotel. Perfect for hotel stay.

The room was very clean and staff were helpful. The price was insanely high for the quality of the room. The shower valves are not pressure balanced so the temperature fluctuates, sometimes significantly, while you are showering. The rooms are very dated.
