(5,482 reviews) This condo was not our first choice. I had originally booked something else however I was notified of a flooding issue so Expedia rebooked us here. When I arrived to the lobby I had very high hopes. The staff was great, the lobby was beautiful and check in was quick and easy. The room it’s self was clean but it’s very outdated. All the furniture and decor seems to be from the 90s. The mattress were very firm for us. Thankfully we were only staying two day. The pull out sofa beds definitely need new mattress. They have seen better days. I would not recommend anyone sleeping on them. The small pools were nice… But nothing special. We did not do the water slides because they were $25 per person is absolutely ridiculous. The property did have a small food court. We had the pizza on the first night and it was very good. We played bingo one evening out in the courtyard (it was free to play) the prizes consisted of small gumball size bouncy balls and kiddy straws lol. The game room was fun and is a pretty decent size. They also have duck bowling. Of course these things you have to pay to do. Overall the stay was just okay. But could for sure use a face lift. Also Keep in mind this is a time share location. Everything is close by, with many great dining options within walking distance, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Transportation to the theme parks is very convenient, with shuttles running constantly, making it easy and stress-free to get around. The staff truly deserves five stars. Everyone was professional, friendly, and attentive—from the front desk team to the housekeeping staff. I would especially like to mention a very kind Venezuelan lady with gray hair who takes care of the lobby restrooms. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name, but she was always incredibly attentive and kept the bathrooms spotless at all times. Her dedication and warmth truly stood out. Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a great location. (360 reviews) I will start off by saying the service was amazing, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The place was very clean and smelled so good. The staff greet you everytime you leave and come back, the beds were very comfy and the entire hotel was modern. The only reason I wouldn’t give the hotel 5 stars are a few reasons that have nothing to do with the service. 1\. The bathrooms are not built well, after every shower I had to throw multiple towels down on the floor because the shower would leak, causing water all over the bathroom floor. 2\. The sofa in the bedroom was tan but had white stains all over it (not sure what they were but I’m sure you can imagine the possibilities) so we made sure not to touch the sofa the whole time we were there. 3\. Hotel restaurant service was great however unfortunately I have to say the food was not 5 stars, had a couple let downs at the restaurant however the manager and server were kind enough to try to make up for our experience which really saved the night. Although it was nothing too major, it’s worth mentioning. The only 2 things that was not to our satisfaction was the pool we didn’t get to use it cuz it had way to much chlorine in it. The other thing was 1 of the bedrooms fans was not working and that was the side the sun would hit and it was to hot in the room. We did send a message about it but nothing was done.
