Best thing about the service was the front desk. They definitely make you feel like you’re about to have an amazing experience. After that, idk I don’t like to complain but to save someone else being disappointed I will just be brutally honest. The room you see is NOT, what you receive. Walking into it first thing we noticed was the AC barely worked. Called maintenance they came up tinkered then said a vent was left over and it will cool down within a day. That never happened and it was miserable. There’s no more pirate show. Couldn’t swim as it was 107 in the shade and they have no indoor pool. The place is completely degraded after the front desk. Rooms look out dated and all the furniture was all damaged. The elevator handles are brass and they didn’t shine just looked old and uncared for. We went to several other casino/hotels while there and they all made TI look like it lacked the care, or willingness to compete with the upgrades they desperately need to do. Truthfully I can admit I feel like I made a mistake by choosing this hotel, My flight was delayed an entire day and no one will help us get a refund for that lost night. Expedia will never be used to book a vaca again as they don’t care after you book something and TI did absolutely nothing to help us feel better about our issues or stay. I will never ever go to Vegas again due to my experience! If you are planning on going there be smart spend the extra $ and stay elsewhere.

Get away weekend for our anniversary. Close to everything. Clean & quiet. We overlooked the pool but never heard any noise.
