U.S. Virgin Islands Kid friendly Vacations

Unfortunately, the pool was under construction during our stay and unusable, but we didn't allow that to stop us. The beach was quite and relaxing, thus Westin has a family vibe and good for children. The staff was friendly. I do think they can do better at advertising the water and children's activities. The rooms were excellent and resturants too. Ferry service and crew were great too. Great stay for a family of 5!

This was my 53rd birthday trip and overall I was pleased. The views were nice . The hotel was tastefully decorated . The walk in shower was top tier. However there are a few things that could be improved upon. The check in process was smooth but the associate was not very welcoming or friendly. She in fact seemed irritated by my questions. Also usually I am asked do I need assistance with my bag. I had to ask. Unfortunately it took them so long my daughter ended up going back down to get them. Additionally two days in a row housekeeping said I had a do not disturb sign on my door. I never seen a DND sign in the room . So I never put a sign in the door..Housekeeping do better. There was a variety of restaurants. Three employees exemplify the kind of customer service that made me feel welcomed and valued. Sniyah and Crystal in Luna Mar were the best. But Monet at the dinner buffet was amazing. She was knowledgeable, attentive and very friendly and welcoming I loved her. The pools and the swim up bar was cool too. It was just one thing I did not like. Another guest was listening to his speaker very low and barely audible. Other guests immediately complained and he was told to turn it off. I felt like he was being policed for his music which wasn’t fair. Because no one else complained except a group of what seemed unhappy folks! Either way we listened to music that we had no so say and just feel like it should be more inclusive of other cultures! I would stay again longer though!
