The staff is very helpful and nice, the hotel is located facing the valley which has good views. However the road leading to the hotel is usually busy and traffic is bad. This is caused by the bad road conditions and narrow road with a lot of stopping buses, vans by the road side.

Got upgraded to a better unit which has a steam room. Although the location is pretty remote (on an island), it's definitely out of the hustle and bustle, so it gets pretty quiet at night, even during the day. Fret not, can always order food delivery. Otherwise the restaurant has multiple options from Vietnamese to Korean. The main event is the onsen that's included in my stay. I can practically experience contrast therapy at any time it's open. The staffs are really polite, but I must give kudos to Tra My and Hue. They literally remember my Vietnamese coffee order for breakfast - less sweet and fresh milk instead of condensed milk. The accommodation is not a renowned luxury brand, yet the service is comparable; almost perfect. If you are looking for wellness and quality time just by yourself or with your loved ones, this is the one to book.

The hotel is very clean, staff are helpful and very responsive. There were some things out of the hotels control, however they went above and beyond what I would normally expect in order for me to enjoy my stay. Will definitely come back next time I am in HCM.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! I loved the room and the little balcony. The location is excellent - super close to amazing restaurants, shopping, sights, etc. The staff are super welcoming and friendly!! The room was clean and cozy. The only reason why my rating isn’t excellent is that the breakfast could be better, the coffee tasted bitter and burnt, the food overall could have been better. However, I would still stay here just not get breakfast next time.
