Great hotel, well located, very welcoming check in from a lovely staff member, and really nice room with a comfy bed. Enjoyed the breakfast and overall the hotel was modern, clean, and well presented. Only a couple of small issues, one being that there aren’t any lifts which was a bit inconvenient but didn’t really affect our stay at all. The other was when coming back from breakfast with 10 minutes to check out, the keycards to our room stopped working. When I asked at the front desk because our bags were still in there, I got told that the keycards stop working at 11 because that’s check out time. This keycard issue happened before 11, and I don’t think that should be a feature regardless. It made the end of our stay more hassle than needed. The staff member I dealt with (different to on check in) kind of made me feel like it was my fault, which wasn’t a great end to an otherwise brilliant stay.

Cute place very combatant to get to and from with transit. It was older than the pictures but I got a good price on it so it was fine. Very clean resturant next door was awesome

Great hotel Staff are all very helpful

Firstly, the rooms are big. The Hotel is on a street that is very silent. Free breakfast and laundry facilities are already a big plus. The breakfast spread is outstanding. For other meals, there are dining choices all around and 2 bus stops nearby. The tourist attractions on Thames are all a short bus ride away. The Vauxhall Underground station is nearby and Waterloo Terminus is also nearby. The bathrooms are large and soaps, towels, etc., that were provided were of really good quality. Someone else in our group used the free washer-dryer facility and really liked it. The Hotel has filtered water and seltzer available 24 hours. There is Starbucks station too near the lobby but the Hotel has a 24 hour free coffee station too. The staff were all very helpful especially Alexandra. We were given very good suggestions about what to watch out for, commute times, and better commuting options. For example, Overall, selecting this Hotel was easily the best decision of our trip.

The staff was friendly and helpful. My room is fairly clean, although I was put in an accessible room which was not needed. And it faced the street so it was very noisy. The bed wasn’t the worst, but it wasn’t very comfortable either. It was nice to have a hot breakfast included. Overall good stay.
