The room was spacious with a comfy bed & modern decor. It was in an excellent location and the restaurant below was amazing! We will definitely stay here again if we come to Dubrovnik.

Beautiful resort with fabulous views of the sea and gorgeous grounds. Rooms are very spacious and have very cool designs. With that being said , unfortunately property suffers from staffing issues. From what I underestood resort uses many seasonal workers for temporary assignments from all over the world. Many of them don’t have any sort of attachment to the area and their heart is not in the work they do and this is very obvious. Tbey rarely ever smile and honestly when you ask something, it feels like you are a burden and nuisance. Although resort is considered luxury resort, employees don’t have a luxury resort etiquette. I had an incident during check out that we were standing in line for our turn. When our turn came up, this employee (Zeldjan) began to shout in Croatian to the person who was behind me in line!!! It was unbelievable and very unprofessional behavior. As I was talking to him about our bill, he interrupted me several time to speak to this person for whatever reason. Eventually I had to slam my hand in the counter and told him to please show some respect . Other than that resort was great. There are plenty of restaurants on site and food quality in my opinion was average. Be careful with breakfast buffet as I noted some items( like cold cuts and cheese) were used several days in row and became stale and tasted odd. Also there is vista restaurant which offers Mexican style food and for Americans I advise you to stay away from as it didn’t taste mexican at all.

First of all Eddie was great, so I have no issues with him! I contacted the property 5 days before arrival to request a lower floor room since my husband had hurt his back on our trip. We had paid for a nice, (according to the pictures), deluxe suite with balcony. The room we ended up with was NOT a deluxe suite with balcony, but the price was not changed. It was small and looked worn. The area rug was dirty and stained. There were no tissues or hand towels, and the soap dispenser had dried soap down the sides. I know these are little issues, but when you pay as much as we did for 3 nights you should expect those things. We did use the white noise on our phone since the noise level later in the evening makes sleep difficult.

Would stay here when ever traveling to Dubrovnik.

Absolutely stunning views of the Adriatic and Dubrovnik. Do not hesitate, this villa is absolutely beautiful and has all the amenities you need for your stay. We enjoyed our mornings on the balcony overlooking the sea and cooling off in pool during the evenings. But the best part of the stay was our host! Adrian and Naira made us feel like family. They were so gracious and generous during our stay. We hope to return soon!

We loved this villa. It had everything you could need and is located in quiet location but close to a nice village and several excellent restaurants.
