The hotel is fine. The rooftop pool looks lovely but the water is too cold to swim in it - so it is mostly empty. There are also no comfortable sun loungers to sit by the pool and the seating options are quite uncomfortable. Breakfast was nice enough - but, the orange juice is reconstituted and could be quite watery some mornings. It is around a 15 minute walk into Split centre from the hotel

Loved the room … 5 star location. Travel tip - Google or Apple takes you right there. But, tough to find because we are looking for the big signs like a hotel. The Bellevue is right across the street and has a visible sign. Riva Luxury Rooms are lovely. You enter into a multi use hallway. There is a small plaque on the street. You enter into the Riva rooms and it turns beautiful!

The location of the hotel was excellent. There were many families with small children. It felt like a Disneyland resort. Our room was clean. However, our power went out in the middle of the night and we had to shower with our flashlights from our phones. The front desk later noted that our room card was malfunctioning. Also, we weren’t able to adjust the air conditioner temperature from our room, as it was controlled on the computer downstairs. The rooms were clean but the beds, although huge, were not comfortable at all.
