Neville Island Golf Vacations

The location is very good. Clean and quite. The facility needs big updates.

Very friendly staff from the time we arrived, until the time we departed. Clean lobby restrooms, rooms were clean, stocked with coffee and tea, water for Hilton members. safety was key they took serious. Valet staff were friendly and helpful with directions and getting our car in a timely manner. Front desk very friendly and helpful too from arrival until departure. We will definitely be back.

The location was great! The building and rooms were beautiful. We had a great stay!!

Staff was very helpful. Rooms are showing much wear & tear and need some TLC.

Great location

Our stay was great minus one thing. The Bengals were staying at the hotel for a game and the hotel shut down the elevators while they were checking in and barred every guest from accessing their rooms, which is illegal since there was no safety threat or emergency. I am currently pregnant and was just returning to the hotel to grab my things because I was not feeling well and needed to go to the hospital to be checked. I explained this to staff and was told “too bad”. One staff member, an extremely kind gentleman working at the front door, overheard and allowed me up to my room through a staff elevator to grab my things so I could get to the hospital.
