Excellent room, staff members were very helpful and room spotlessly clean

This was a terrible stay for a 4 star hotel. They missed the most important part: respecting the privacy and safety. We were there as part of a big group for a wedding. As soon as I arrived I asked for an iron. They gave it about couple hours later right before dinner time so I decided to go to dinner and then my dress for the wedding tomorrow. Before I leave, I told them I couldn’t find any hair conditioner or body lotion in the room, but I don’t want anybody in my room while I’m gone so please keep it at the reception and I’ll take it when I’m back. First of all, they never did. Second, they found out I’m out of the room and although I specifically asked them not to enter my room, they went in and looked around the room and took the iron while I was gone AND THEY NEVER GAVE IT TO ME so I had someone from Paris bring one. I can understand that all of a sudden 80 people ask for an iron but it is UNACCEPTABLE to enter someone’s room without permission and take something specially when they said NO ENTRY. Worst than that was the personnel’s attitude; they were like, I didn’t do it, someone else did maybe we give it to you tomorrow. I asked them, would you go to random people’s room and take the iron if I ask you for one, and they said. I. I don’t understand, how they thought is was okay to do it to me. Beside that, only the first floor is renovated and the rest of the floors were not ( my friend’s room) had terrible smell and they didn’t fix it until the second night.

It's a great hotel very near to a big excellent mall with a beautiful aquarium. It's not far from Disneyland paris but it's not one of Disney hotels. Yet it has a shuttle to Disneyland almost all day. A very nice breakfast. All and all very recommended!

Nice little hotel near Paris and Euro Disney. We were a familly of 5 and they could accomodate us with a large room, greatly appreciated.

Stayed 4 night close to park entrance was easy to come and go

The windows on the 5th floor fully opened so no good for families with children or vulnerable people. No lock on windows. Door didn’t lock and no one to report to during the night so put our luggage behind it. Hadn’t been cleaned very well. Breakfast was rubbish not much choice. Never again
