Staying at theRoyal Palace hotel was everything that we needed for the night. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the staff was amazing. Thank you for making our 1 night stay great. Definitely will return for an extended stay for hoilday.

The room was comfortable, looked just like the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were super nice! Helped me with laundry request, change the date of the reservation and printing boarding passes. My only issue that i had is that breakfast is at a nearby place but food was not being replenished and also the bakery items had some growth inside. So we decided not to have breakfast for the remaining of the days

الفندق من حيث النظافه ممتاز ، و هو اربع نجوم و ليس ٥ ، الغرفه ممتازه و قريب من جميع الخدمات و مجمع بلاتنيوم ، استقبال الفندق في الطابق السابع ، لا يوجد لوبي بالمعنى الحرفي ، بشكل عام جيد جدا ، و كانت اقامه مريحه ، مدخل الفندق باب جانبي ، و هناك اعمال طرق امام الفندق

Beautiful Hotel, Lovely Staff, Excellent Location, close to every amenity imaginable. Can't think of anywhere else I'd want to stay.

Staff in general not very friendly except the doormen and porters. Cockroach at noodle area at breakfast. Just not a welcoming vibe in general. I’m a platinum member with an established group of hotels and I forwent that to experience something different and I found the hotel to be nothing special. May have the laurels of being 140 years old but the welcoming is definitely not that.

This was a lovely place to stay but had a few issues. One of the lifts were out of service which made waiting times much longer getting from one place to the other. House keeping was very slow and late at making rooms up. Had to go and ask for toilet paper twice during our 4 night stay.
