We loved our stay here, superb location!

Amazing outdoor pool and hot tubs, however service to get a drink at pool bar was at times quite ridiculous. Lineup of people, one bartender working, who was also responsible for clearing the tables and going inside to get food orders. He was doing the best he could, but it took half an hour to order a drink. Also the hours that you could order food outside always ended way too early, which was disappointing. They just need several staff working outside, and it would have been 10/10. Overall great hotel, close to lots, we would recommend

Nice stay... very comfortable room.

Unfortunately, our first experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We arrived around 8:00 AM with my two children and were told that we would be given our room as soon as one became available. After a long journey, my children were exhausted and fell asleep on the lobby sofas, but the front desk staff would not allow them to rest there. We also asked for a private place to change into more comfortable clothes, but no reasonable accommodation was offered. What was most frustrating was the way we were treated by the front desk staff. They were unwelcoming, dismissive, and very unprofessional. Later, when we returned expecting to receive our room, we were again told it was not ready. The situation became so frustrating that we had to insist on speaking with a manager before anyone took our concerns seriously. The manager was eventually involved, but unfortunately, the attitude of some of the front desk staff had already made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. Traveling with children is already tiring, and basic courtesy, communication, and professionalism would have made a huge difference. Our first impression of the hotel was very negative because of the way we were treated upon arrival.
