We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful, respectful & were there in minutes when we requested extra towels, blankets. The view was beautiful. I will definitely be back and highly recommended it!

The property is very clean and well kept.
The staff is very helpful and courteous.
I wish that we could find a place to leave our 3 year old so we can enjoy ourselves.
The beach is clean and well kept. I really enjoyed it.
Overall I will come back and I will recommend Riu to my friends and family.

I paid for a beachfront view however, what I received was a view of the hotel room on the other side of the building. I spoke to hotel staff I was told “the beach is to the left of you bend over and look to the right you will see the beach”. That’s not my idea of a beachfront room. I would like a refund of my money because I was bamboozled! See photo!

We had ants and other bugs in our room. Every bar in the resort will run out of liquor and wouldn’t replenish till the next day. Excuses were made for being understaff. Some of the personal work alone, especially at the food truck. I wouldn’t recommend.
