Loved it our housekeeper we had was the best!

Sunset at the Palms was unlike any other resort we have stayed at. The rooms are like treehouses, with a main bedroom, a bathroom, and otherwise surrounded by nature. Other reviews mention the property being dated, which is true, but the staff handle any issues with timeliness and kindness. The water connection to various parts of the property was disrupted multiple times, but staff fixed things quickly. The beach is absolutely beautiful and there was never an issue finding beach chairs. The water is crystal blue, the hot tub was great, the drinks were solid, and the food was fantastic. Usually every time my husband and I leave the country, we get some GI upset, but this was not the case for the first time in all of our travels! The coffee bar was an excellent touch. I can definitely see why people return multiple times. It truly is a great place to relax. There are couches, books, boardgames, and quiet. It is not a party resort, but rather an upscale foresty beach vibe that focuses on peace and relaxation. We would love to return! Special shoutout to Jason and Cornelius who were the absolute best! Also shoutout to Albert who helped with our water adventures :) Overall, if you can get a deal, would highly recommend checking this place out!

Great family resort, travelled with a two year old and ten year old on a 3 night 4 day stay and they loved it. The rooms are not very big, they aren’t tiny, they were clean and had everything you needed, were quite comfortable but beware that if you have more than two people in the room it can be a challenge finding places to put your stuff or even open up your suitcase. Lots of pushy sales stuff you gotta say no to. Apart from that, all the staff weee very friendly and professional, everyone was helpful, the beaches, the pools, the nightly shows were all wonderful. 6th time to Jamaica, my wife and I only stay at Grand Palladium. The food and staff are outstanding. They take great care of us every time, we also became friends with several members. The best vacation spot you will not be disappointed. Wife and I enjoy so much we go every 6 months December and June. See you in December. The Parkers
