Las habitaciones las entregan cuando ellos quieran, casi a la 4 pm, la variedad de comida por ejemplo en el almuerzo solo pollo asado y carne de cerdo, la de res o algo de mariscos eso en la vida, hay partes que huelen muy mal como a tanque séptico como por ejemplo en el are del bar húmedo, no hay variedad de cocteles y los que ofrecen sabe más rico un fresco de sirope, el personal mal humorado con una atención al cliente pésima, poco personal al atender por eso hay que hacer largas filas, el bar o los bares los habrán hasta las 11 am, y no importa que no den licor entendible pero con ese sol y calor que hace desde las nueve am hasta las 11 am está uno deshidratado, para que puedan ofrecer algún refresco o cóctel sin alcohol o den aunque sea agua, pero no dan nada, a y para terminar le indican que la hora de salida es a las 12 md y de una vez le indican que no puede almorzar, solo cuentan con una mesa de billart y hay q pagar por usarla, la verdad enserio para lo que uno paga es demasiado malo, hace muchos años fui y no era así, ahora solo quedó el nombre del Hotel Barceló Tambor, pero ya pasó a la historia

We had a great stay at Tango Mar. The owner always greeted us each day to see how we were or how our day was. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious! I took advantage of the spa and had an incredible massage. Gorgeous views of the ocean right out your window and the multiple pools to cool off in with the heat. Swimming beaches were a short drive away if you wanted to swim in the ocean.

The staff was very nice, the food Amazing but the property needs some improvement. The Asian food restaurant was closed for renovation. Some areas of the roof were leaking inside the building. The chairs of the restaurant Pimiento were dirty. The property in general is beautiful and it is very nicely decorated. We had an amazing Honeymoon. We thank you to all the staff.

Unfortunately, my experience at Condovac La Costa was extremely disappointing. When I informed the waiter that I was vegetarian, I was told there were no vegetarian options available. Rather than offering an alternative or attempting to accommodate my dietary requirements, he made it seem like preparing a suitable meal was an inconvenience. I eventually had to suggest my own meal options despite being very hungry. The resort had also run out of alcohol, the chairs and beach loungers were noticeably dirty, and the overall atmosphere was underwhelming. There was no entertainment or music playing, and the staff generally seemed uninterested in providing a welcoming experience. Customer service was another major disappointment. Attempts to contact the resort by phone went unanswered, and there was little assistance available when trying to resolve a reservation issue. Wi-Fi was only available in the common areas, with no access in the guest rooms. The only real positive aspect of this resort is the beautiful view. Unfortunately, the scenery alone cannot make up for the lack of service, cleanliness, hospitality, and basic amenities. There is significant room for improvement, particularly when it comes to staff training, customer service, cleanliness, and accommodating guests' dietary needs. Based on this experience, I would not return.

Not so sure this place will stay a hidden gem for long but whatever…If you looking for the most serene & private lil spot. You won’t be disappointed. Leave all the lil nick naks at home cause you won’t need it. Extensive detail to amenities & toiletries. It’s not massive and that’s the point! Leave the lil ones at home, only you and the hubby… your welcome.
