    "Pablo at the front desk was very helpful. I also communicated with a lady through message and she was helpful. The issue was MAINLY, my husband is in a wheelchair and this property had insanely steep hills! EXTREMELY DANGEROUS for someone in a wheelchair! I wish that they would have forewarned us or put us in a room that was wheelchair friendly. Our room was about a quarter of the way down. The furniture was old with best up paint and stains."
