We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and rooms were well services. However open space at back of room were quite dusty and needed attention. Overall we were very happy and would stay here again.

Not what I would expect from a Hilton brand hotel seriously dissatisfied and was given a room with broken bed, broken pull out sofa, requested a manager and was not given one and no one called me back. The furniture is quite dated and the floors were stained and dirty in the bathroom with some kind of substance. The door in the bathroom cannot close so I could not have or use office if I was in the bathroom. I would have appreciated a room change, to at least a clean and more maintained space. I look for cleanliness which is why I most often choose the Hilton brand. I was also told I could not use my Honors membership and was charged for parking when it said in my booking it was included as well as for water. Just a very upsetting experience

Newly renovated in most areas - it was fabulous. The room seemed like an apartment and was incredibly quiet and peaceful. We did not want to leave! Staff were all very friendly and took great care of us. Location is central to many popular places for food, drink, shopping and entertainment. Union station is a 10-15 min walk or less and very easy to get to - so we enjoyed the comfortable UP train to the airport. We definitely will stay here again.
