Our large 4th floor suite was very impressive. Because the hotel is located on a pedestrian only street, our taxi could not deliver us to the entrance door- it would have nice to know this fact prior to our arrival.. We arrived VERY late at night; and found it a little difficult to locate the entrance doors to the hotel. The entrance needs to be better lite and have lighted street level signage for the overnight hours when there is no doorman. That being said, we would most definitely recommend this hotel; and will book it again when we return to Mexico City. You would like a romantic stay. You like a perfect Mexican breakfast on a beautiful terrace. You like a property where the staff treat you well. You need a chance to relax at a rooftop pool with bar service. Why you shouldn’t stay here . You value peace and quiet. It’s in the epicenter of activity. Even though it’s an oasis, the speakers blare music from the street all day. If I were the owners of this hotel, I would pay the store on the street to turn it down. I was laughing to myself how this beautiful and charming property is a victim to a small business in the street that thinks loud music lures customers.
