We recently stayed at X’tan Ha and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their hospitality was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The rooms were clean, although they are somewhat dated and could use some updating. We also had a few visits from ants and termites in our room during our stay. The food was mediocre—not bad, but not particularly memorable. However, if you’re looking for peace, quiet, seclusion, and beautiful beach views, X’tan Ha delivers. The property offers a relaxing atmosphere away from the crowds. One thing to keep in mind is that it’s about a 40-minute bumpy golf cart ride to most restaurants, shops, and activities in town. For some travelers, the remote location will be a major plus; for others, it may be less convenient. Overall, if your priority is tranquility, beachfront scenery, and friendly service, X’tan Ha is worth considering.

Need more entertainment and food selections and the room was not the size they said it was smaller so I felt that false advertisement

Beautiful well maintained hotel with several amenities. Restaurant and shops on site. Located in a great location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. They also offer diving and snorkeling excursions. Took snorkeling excursion to Mexico Rocks and had a great time. It can get a bit loud at times with airplanes flying by as its located close to small airport. Staff was helpful.

Helpful staff, very polite security guards. They constantly checked on us and offered suggestions on activities. The food at Gems restaurant is excellent. The sargassum was a little unpleasant but nothing against Sapphire.

We loved staying at the Belizean Shores Resort. The amenities and the staff were great. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
