Excellent hotel, staff and breakfast. Room cleaned twice a day unless you asked them not to. Relaxed atmosphere despite the hotel's rating. Excellent spa, cave pool (both free to guests) and massage services (for a fee although some days we received a free 10 minute shoulder massage by the pool). Excellent quality and variety of food. Gym equipment in both hotels was a bit worse for wear but a small issue compared to all of the positives.

A Wonderful Stay at Celestial All Suites! Our experience at Celestial All Suites was truly wonderful. The property is immaculate — everything is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and inviting. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and at ease. A special mention must go to Ms. Georgia at the reception, who made our stay even more enjoyable. She was incredibly polite, warm, and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Her professionalism and kind demeanor stood out and added a personal touch to our visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and spotless place to stay with top-notch service!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful hotel! For our 25th anniversary, they surprised us with an upgrade from the standard Contessina Hotel to Contessina Suites and Spa and gave us a room with our own private pool, it was absolutely amazing. They also welcomed us with a bottle of wine and provided several great discounts throughout the hotel. The included breakfast was a highlight, with fresh-squeezed juices and a delicious spread I looked forward to every morning. But the best part? The staff who were all friendly, helpful, and genuinely courteous. Don’t even hesitate — stay here. Highly recommended!

Nice property. Smaller than we thought. Just one main dining room. Small food selection. Items frequently repeated. No service on the beach. There are menus attached to umbrellas with QR codes to scan, how we menu is outdated and cannot order from beach. Need to go to beach bar. Never saw an employee on the beach. The all inclusive drink menu limited to about 5 cocktails to choose from and don’t change daily. The beach chair menus had other drinks how not allowed to request for all inclusive and told “menu outdated”.

Amazing location! The balcony was beautiful and the room was amazing. The ONLY thing that should be kept in mind is that our room did not have super strong a/c. But the front desk was exceptionally helpful and very kind.
