This is a very beautiful and chill resort to stay at , I honestly really enjoyed my time there.

I booked ocean view through Expedia which to my surprise meant an ocean view tower which you can look in the corner to see a partial view of the ocean. The hotel told me that I would have to pay $250 more a night for a true ocean view. The suites are the only rooms with true ocean views I was told. Staff was extremely nice and professional and I appreciate them alllowing me to book elsewhere after the first day when learning this information. I do believe they need to be more transparent about their room features.

Very nice. Clean room and all amerities was great. If you like, Beach, pools, Tennis and Golf this is the rigth place to stay in Puerto Rico. Plus near to "El Yunque".

This hotel was a 3star at best. The food was horrible. After 3 attempts, we decided to eat elsewhere. No one was ever at the coffee shop. There were hidden fees - 22% resort fee each day that was not shared until the day before check out. Location was ok. The balcony is for view only, not to actually sit on and enjoy the view. For some reason, I expected more. The staff were mostly pleasant. This hotel chain is not on my list for future travel.

The rooms are clean the staffs were nice the beach is beautiful I will be coming back to this place.

The staff was absolutely amazing! The property itself was spotless! I would definitely come back!

I loved this hotel, its decor, food, beach view and amenities were amazing. I 100% recommend it for a weekend trip or a long vacation.

A lot of hiders fee and I got double charged for resort fee be careful
