To start, Expedia messed up our first reservation at another hotel but the hotel didn’t honor the reservation and I was left on the streets and had to pay for a room.
Expedia upgraded us to this hotel with a jr suite ocean view. This hotel was one of the best experiences I’ve experienced in a long time. The staff were very professional and on top of everything. The amenities and restaurants on site were all top tier. I will be returning to this hotel when I return to Puerto Rico.
