overall- we would stay here again…. but… found the prices at the hotel extremely overpriced for what level of food was provided. room service breakfast was awful- lattes could not be drank , fruit bowl was disgusting with fruit what was not ripe. breakfast for two was $120. room was nice - but there was “stuff” stuck to the ceiling over the bed- we told housekeeping staff but it did not get cleaned . Iker- valet- 10/10 love him. he really made our stay. front desk gentleman was blah and not very personable. Five sails was lovely- great food and service ( what you expect for fine dining !) would stay again- would not eat at the property. make sure to get harbour view !

Had the absolute best time here! Anna at the pool rocked it soaked to the one! Ben at mallards was fantastic and so welcoming to our family! Meghan in the spa is beyond talented! We will be back!

The Sutton Place was our treat to ourselves and it did not disappoint. The property and service was excellent in every respect. The food at the restaurant was worth the expense. Parking was easy and reasonable. Location and surroundings remind you that Vancouver has much to offer even the most discerning customer. I will stay there again next time I’m in Vancouver.

The coffee and pastry prices are a bit unusually expensive — almost ridiculously so. For example, a croissant at $17 is something I have never seen in my life. I find that a bit unreasonable. That said, the service is excellent and the place itself is wonderful. The concierge system, in my opinion, could benefit from some improvement to be a bit more efficient. Overall, it is a very beautiful hotel, and the staff are extremely kind — especially the ski staff, who are particularly lovely.

Room was a really strange shape and set up poorly. No streaming or tv services. No convenience store or shop and no vending so no way for treats, snacks or to get a pop. Right across from a hospital so sirens go all night.

I spent a week on-and-off at the Pinnacle Hotel, leading a field team filming a documentary in the Lower Mainland. The hotel and staff were exceptional, providing an excellent home away from home for all team members. And, when it came time to recover from that work, the hotel amenities were so appreciated.

Very clean and quiet, except neighbours letting door slam shut. Close to everything. Parking could be less expensive.

The staff were very helpful, but the room itself was not completely clean. The lobby and restaurant are beautiful, but the rooms I've stayed in are very dated and need updating & maintenance. Pool is great! I wish they would update the rooms.
