This is a great location for those leaving on a cruise. It’s very walkable super close to the cruise port and the hotel is very nice. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating and it’s a great location. Many nearby dining locations and options. There’s a really great bakery just across the street and down half a block, which has a nice breakfast options and good coffee. I am not a fan of the Nespresso in the room, but there are definitely multiple nearby places to get coffee

We only stayed one night but the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The onsite parking was great as well as the dining options around the hotel as well as in the hotel. My only complaints are that the elevator always had a line of people and my mom is in a walker so it was not ideal for us to be waiting for so long as there was only two elevators in the north tower. My second complaint was that not all the surfaces in the room seemed to be wiped down like the remote and the temperature handle in the shower. In addition we didn’t find the bed or pillows that comfortable. But all in all it was a great stay for the night.

Perfect place to stay

The client services were excellent, staff attentive and extremely accommodating. Suite was well laid out, good use of space, and comfortable bed and bath. Enjoyed the calm quiet atmosphere. Would choose this hotel again.

Great staff. Great location. Room design is quirky, bold, not so much natural light. Some may like that. I prefer calm and cozy.
