Good room, comfy beds and pillows. Smart tv. Good amenities. Towels are a bit rough. Need to work on sound proofing the room from the road. Safe works, mini fridge in room. Check in could have been more informative about the city, map etc. just got a basic check in and here’s your key. Breakfast is a nice touch. Area is okay, close to the station and the centre.

At this time the central AC wasn’t on, but reception provided a fan which was fine. Breakfast was good and the staff were fantastic- all very helpful and attentive. Location is close to the station and the central market and a 10/15 min walk to the Arno/ Uffizi etc

Very friendly staff. Rooms were very pretty and clean. Our stay included breakfast which was very good and also had many options. Very close to Firenze station and walking distance to main monuments. We will definitely go back next time we are in Italy.
