Italy Cheap Vacations

This is a nice place for an overnight before a flight (or a night before a cruise). The staff were very helpful and friendly. The property is showing its age and could use some touch-ups for sure; but it provided a safe comfortable night. We had dinner at the on-site restaurant and the food was very good! The shuttle was extremely helpful to and from airport and only 7 euros each way.

Quiet. Perfectly located for airport transfers via the train. Good location for walking to sight see. Good restaurants, supermarket etc all within a couple of hundred metres of the hotel. Ideal.

The woman at the front desk was not friendly nor helpful in locating the bus. I was told “it’s across the street” when in fact it was not. After wondering towards town, back to the hotel to then locate a sign about the bus, and then wondered in the other direction I found the bus. However by that time it was late in the day. Tourist attractions were closing so I just went back to the hotel for the evening. The tub to get in and out of the shower was very high to step over and I nearly fell 3xs getting in and out plus standing in the shower as the base of the tub was slippery with no traction. Otherwise the hotel was nice, convenient to the airport, and their breakfast was wonderful.

Lovely hotel, tasteful style throughout. A small walk to the main tourist areas such as Grand Canal but a very good option if you are staying in Trieste.

This is a good, safe standard hotel is 15 min walking distance to the Milan Central Train Station. The rooms are small but comfortable for a night
