We were upgraded and the suite was wonderful.

Christian was a wonderful help.

We stayed exactly 15 hours, did not venture beyond the lobby and room so really can’t evaluate. Bed was comfortable, room was clean.

Got a significant VIP upgrade thanks to Expedia. Huge King suite, with a great ocean view. Ice cold A/C, with fully functional kitchen. This was everything we needed for a great beach vacation. Both restaurant and sky bar had good service and food. There are lots of other food options close by and multiple rideshare / shuttle buggies. We did not need a rental car. Only 2 knocks, the bed was very uncomfortable; we told mgr so hopefully it'll be replaced and the other is umbrellas are not included with daily resort fee. They are $30 extra per day, or you can have the 2 included chairs w/ no umbrella. This was not clear at booking. Other than those, great room, fabulous staff. This is about the best value you'll find right on the beach. It's just far enough away from Las Olas to be able to sleep and close enough to easily reach the party.

My daughter, mother and I shared a 2 queen bed suite when we came to town for a sports event at Lee’s Family Forum. Check in staff was amazing, pool was clean and seating was comfy. Rooms were very clean, but air conditioning in our room was broken. We called maintenance every day and were reassured that it was fixed-it was not.

Everything was awesome. Only night parking pass sensor needs to be improved was never working during my stay. Definitely will come back again!

Drake at the front desk was great! Made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. He was kind and welcoming. We needed a humidifier which he accommodated very quickly. Very clean place and great restaurant!
