8.8/10 Excellent! (1,625 reviews)
After having our original destination cancel 5 minutes before arrival we were sent to this place as an only option. We arrived at a beautiful hotel where we checked in; only to be sent to another location within the community. This location first site was over loaded trash containers, rusty doors, rotting wood on outside of home. To be fair the inside of the home was nice and clean. However it did not accommodate the number of people in my party as promised. Had to sleep on the floor. If I had a choice this would not be a place i would’ve chosen

8.4/10 Very good! (1,070 reviews)
The property is very big we traveled by plane, got there in a storm had to walk to our villa....not even offered an umbrella to return the next morning (SMH), also without building numbers to tell you which is which building doesn't help in either situation. The bar staff was nice her name was jamie, but we went another night and was told last call at 9pm??? When we questioned her about it, then asked for where the manager was, then she changed her whole demeanor and couldn't do more for us... 2nd visit and will definitely ho back...
