Vienna Waterpark Vacations

This felt like a five star hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a choice of pillows to go with your sleep preferences! The breakfast was outstanding. The hotel is so convenient to the major sites—walkable to the opera house, the winter palace, the museums, shopping, dining, and the underground (metro). We loved it!

We loved the hotel so much—it was by far the best hotel room we've ever had! Thanks so much for a fabulous trip and we hope to visit again in the future!

Beautiful rooms, friendly and helpful staff. The Leo Grand is in a perfect location, walkable, yet still feels like a quiet street.

Lovely, large room with great dressing /bathroom. Tiny lobby area/lack of common space and amenities (no business centre, fitness room, pool, vending, ice machine) Single small elevator was dirty :( and insufficient for building. We ended up using stairs except for arrival/departure. Helpful front desk staff (thanks, Dominic!)

Our stay at Ritz Carlton check in was very smooth , felt safe and convenient location to the main attraction's. The stem sauna timing could be extended as the current time made it difficult to attend facilities in the morning as one would be out by 10.00 am . Although they did their best to cater to vegetarian more attention to vegetarian option would be good as it felt limited to me. Overall pleasant stay with friendly staff 😊

Our stay at Ritz Carlton check in was very smooth , felt safe and convenient location to the main attraction's. I’d say this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Service was excellent, the staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was so clean! One small recommendation is to have a selection of pillows available for guests to choose from (a pillow menu in other hotels I have stayed in), as the ones in my room were very flat and not supportive.
