Very fast and efficient check-in.

I have been to better resorts. It felt very Americanized, I have never heard a Mexican resort play all English music it was awful. There was no pool side vibe no Spanish music at all, the washrooms had better music playing. The buffet felt like it was cutting cost and was not open for dinner. The rooms were great and the beach was beautiful. The food at the seafood place was amazing. The teppanyaki dinner show was lacking, I wouldn’t call that a show at all, 30 sec in the beginning and that was it. No pool side entertainment, games or fun atmosphere. We did the aqua classes, instructor was nice but could not change the music so there was no hype. It was odd trying to workout to Savage Garden. I expected more of these basic things for the price we paid.

Staff was great Carlos was fantastic!!!! Guesmond was great and Moise also great Rooms were so pretty Setting is beautiful

Okay, so I had been to the location in Jamaica so my expectations were pretty high. A situation that occurred that was off putting was that the gift shop at the water park allow my 9yr to use my husband card to purchase a toy but require my consent for him to get on a certain ride. And when I went to public relations they inform me that I am unable to get a refund because that company is a third party. When I ask for the 3rd party company info she requested to give me the information. Also, there was a roach in my kids room and when I call the front desk they wanted to send someone at 11pm at night to spray the room which I didn’t really like the idea of them being in a room that would just spray with chemicals. Someone did come and pick up the roach because my son refused to sleep in the room knowing there was a roach there.Other than that the kids love the resort. I would rate it an 7/10 mainly because the kids had fun.

Very nice place, clean pools, surroundings nice staff. Just a bit crowded for us as a couple.

The staff was amazing and attentive, the room was very clean and fully stocked with everything needed for the trip. Would definitely book this resort again !!!

Room was okay, staff didn’t seem to care to help out at all. We all got sick therefore left the do not disturb sign on our door which stopped water bottle restock, well I called down and asked they come to our room multiple times and it never happened. Pools are freezing (ocean is warmer) and a huge lack of chairs. Overall just okay.
