It’s a básic room and it’s was clean room

1. Safety Issue (Critical) Water is leaking through the lighting fixture when the room above uses the shower. This presents a significant safety hazard, particularly involving electricity. 2. Room Condition The air conditioning is not functioning properly. The overall room condition has been described as outdated and poorly maintained. 3. All-Inclusive Package Concerns The guest was charged for dinner due to a late arrival caused by a flight delay, despite having an all-inclusive package. Basic beverages such as wine and even water are reportedly not included, which contradicts guest expectations of an all-inclusive stay. 4. Service Experience The guest requested a room change; however, only maintenance was offered instead of immediate relocation. No immediate resolution or alternative accommodation was provided on-site.

The hotel is well maintained and very clean, with numerous staff working laboriously. The majority of the staff members were friendly and courteous. I appreciated that housekeeping is done daily with 2 complimentary bottles of water given each time. The breakfast and dinner buffet was very good with numerous and diverse choices. The 2 ladies in the front desk were not too friendly and eager to help. The lobby is beautiful and spacious. The gym was good.I didn't like the bathroom design in the room. Only a small curtain separate it from the room, leaving no privacy when using the toilet. The glass shower door didn't close tightly giving way to a puddle of water after each shower. The towels are not of superior quality and need to be replaced. The rocks at the beach area could be removed or leveled. I scratched my right leg at the beach. There is not enough nightly entertainment for a resort - why not having a cultural show once or twice a week? Why not having a club to dance? Why not having a Happy Hour during the weekdays? I didn't have a good experience at all at Star Fish restaurant. I ordered the "Panamanian soup" (San Cocho), it was extremely salty, as with the rice that come with it. I had to return them.
