Front staffs and room services are outstanding. I ended my business with a sorrow because I miss this hotel. This establishment holds a lot of good memories whenever I am in Viet Nam for my business trips. I highly recommend this hotel because it’s location is convenient to nearby restaurants and shops. The entire hotel is clean with great amenities that can be appreciated after a long day of work or inbound flight.

The rooms are good. I do believe they could us some maintenance. The outlets are very loose. Trying to plug in a phone is difficult when the plug falls out of the jack. The gyms is ok The treadmills need maintenance. One hasn't worked for nearly a month - yes we have come back a couple times.
