Property is well maintained. Pool & hotub were great. Our bathroom floor could have used a bit more cleaning, but overall it's a good place to stay & we will stay again.

Our stay was wonderful in every respect. From the time we checked in until our departure the attentive staff, our room with its stunning view of Canada place and Coal Harbor and the very central location were excellent. 11 out of 10!

This is a beautiful hotel ideally situated downtown, next to Parliament and within walking distance of most everything. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the lobby and rooms were spotless. We had a suite, which was perfect for our family, allowing room separation. I think it’s probably time for a little bit of renovation in the bathroom, but it was still so nice and a great place to stay in Victoria.

Everything was so great except the parking. They should notify the guests for the additional $60/day parking fee in advance.

Clean rooms. Great staff. Good quiet location close to downtown Victoria. Even though renovations are occurring no issues in the quiet hours. Recommended.

The hotel is old and doesn´t offer many of the amenities for a hotel that charges these prices. It is, at best, a 3-star hotel - no pool, jacuzzi by reservation, no help in getting luggage to the room, etc. Our first room - 506 - was extremely dark, old and smaller than the offered sqm. As soon as we arrived we asked for a room change and were denied this request. After 2 nights we asked again - the room was terrible!!! - and we finally got another room (700) that had been remodeled recently. Location is great, front desk staff is great, but the cleaning staff needs to improve a lot !!!
