We had a great time staying at Villa Massis. The entire staff was very friendly and very accommodating and very warm and they took good care of us while we stayed there.

I have traveled all over the Caribbean and stayed at many beautiful resorts with exceptional service, but nothing compares to my experience at **Sirenian Bay Resort** in Belize. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the staff was the most professional, courteous, and genuinely caring team I have ever encountered. They didn't just provide great service—they made us feel like family. Every interaction was warm, welcoming, and sincere. One staff member who truly stood out was **George**. His attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond made our stay unforgettable. He was always attentive, accommodating, and seemed to anticipate our needs before we even had to ask. George is a tremendous asset to the resort. The resort itself was absolutely immaculate. Every area was spotless, beautifully maintained, and designed to create a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The vibe was exactly what we were looking for—quiet, welcoming, and the perfect place to unwind. And let's not forget the food! Every meal was delicious, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. The drinks were equally impressive, expertly crafted, refreshing, and the perfect complement to each day in paradise. If you're looking for a resort that combines luxury, incredible hospitality, outstanding food, and a relaxing atmosphere, look no further than Sirenian Bay Resort. This was our second stay with Belizean Coves Estate, and it won't be our last. Service was (as always) impeccable along with the amenities. My grandchildren were in the pool and the staff (without asking) got floaties out for them to use. That's the kind of service you receive here.

The place was very nice, the staff was friendly, and the food was decent. If you want to explore in town, I would look for something closer to town since this place was kind of far away and it was pricey to get to the activities. But overall, a very good experience!

I can't say enough about the Sea Glass Inn and the Maloney's. We were met at arrival by Tom, one of the owners. He has alot of knowledge about pretty much everything you might want to do in Placencia. From places to eat to excursions you might want to take. They set up transportation for us from the local airport, a car rental fo r our road trip, and even scheduled our excursions! They truly go above and beyond at the Sea Glass. The hotel itself is newly remodeled, clean and beautiful, with a lot of personal touches. To top it off, if you're a dog lover, this is your place. Piper, Rigatoni and Alfredo are perfect additions to the laid back Placencia vibe.

The whole staff especially

The place was clean but the photos are showing 2 places. The beds were confortable. The bedroom were not insonorated like it was written so we could ear lots of neighborhood dogs barking at night. Overall the place had everything we needed to visit that local part of Belize.

This hotel only has 12 unites so it's very private and personal. The staff truly wants you to have the very best stay possible. You can tell they really care. It's a new and modern property. It's beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are big, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable. Very happy with our choice.

Amazing stay

If you are looking for the jungle experience than this is the place for you. We were greeted by the local troop of Howler monkeys on arrival. Beautiful house right on the river. Locals had been seeing Manitee in the river near the house. Kenny and Shanna were great. We are already planning a return trip.

The staff was so kind and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable. Our lodging was perfect with so many amenities including blender, toaster, refrigerator, utensils and hot plate. They even had darts and pingpong next to the pool. The food was Delicious and the chefs were so accomodating. We loved every minute of our stay. It was easy to get to Big Rock Falls which was our favorite!
